"An eye for an eye" on Eye Candy's latest episode, it all started with a dramatic entrance & the introduction of a site inspired by the Deep Web, there's a possible hint on the killer's identity & the search for Sara has an interesting lead. The show is making us beg for some closure as the season finale gets closer.
The Cyber-crime's Unit set its sight on a particular case of a famous model & photographer that was known for acquiring services on a Deep Web-like page called Avalon. He took his eye out an streamed it to an unknown person. The task was finding out who wanted to hurt him & convinced him to that & why he lied about being assaulted.
Meanwhile, Lindy stayed at the base, to do some 'digging'. The flirtual killer tricked her into doing some investigation of her about a case they had against her. With the help of George she lured everybody out & had the time to discover the truth thanks to some case files, Tommy & Catherine Shaw were using her from the very beginning, in order to capture 'Bubonic'. What creep the hell out of me was that Tommy's voice on the audio sounded very similar to the flirtual killer's voice. I truly think he is the killer. Specially, since now I know that he was mad to Ben for intervening on the case. "The killer's with you, you have to get out" he wanted to be alone with her, in order to reveal her that the CC Unit was using her, after he disappeared & she got out of the storage room, she encountered Tommy. Coincidence? I don't think so, because he is the killer, I have a strong sense about it.
On the case-of-the-week plot we learned that it was the guy's assistant who wanted to avenge his little sister, who logged into Avalon & was physically damaged by him. He's the key of learning who's behind Avalon, I'm pretty sure is Bubonic, they introduced us to him on the present & flashbacks, I'm sure the writers have and endgame planned for him.
At the end, we learned that Catherine may have a lead on Sara's location, hope that Lindy reunites with her, because she deserves to be happy again. Eye Candy is getting ready for its season finale by adding more drama to the mix, I'm excited to see next week's episode.
The verdict from 'AMA' reflects the impact it had on me as a viewer, as well as plot-related issues.
