Oh Lindy, what a heck of a ride!, 'SOS' was all about Tommy & Lindy doing the 'nasty' & by that I mean being the human bait for the creep in charge of 'The Playroom'. It's worth mentioning that the writers are making a smart move by letting the 'Flirtual Killer' lay low for a while, meanwhile we explore in depth Lindy's life & the relationships she establishes along the way.
This season's endgame is pretty clear; an inevitable stand-off between Lindy & the 'Flirtual Killer'. Until we get there, there's still a journey ahead of us, full of side-cases that reveal that everything is connected one way or the other.
The episode starts with an scene of a couple; making out & celebrating their acquirement of a new rented apartment. Sadly, not all is happiness, because the guy woke up & found out that somebody happened to them, he felt heavily drugged & had multiple whiplashes' marks all over his back. He decided to tell Jake Bolin, Lindy's current flame. Jake asked Lindy for help & apologized for being distant. She suggested going to the police, but the guy told him not to, because that incident could ruin his chances of working at a prestigious law firm.
After multiple analysis & hacking, Lindy determines that there are a lot of apartments that are being recorded, while its content streaming live to a web page called ´The Doll House', she takes the case to the Cyber-crime's Unit, hoping they can help her locate the person behind it. They try to access the main core of the web page, but it's heavily-secure, therefore making it impossible for them to shot it down or locate the owner. Anyway, she did not give up on her quest & decided to rent an apartment, so she could become part of the site's game.
Tommy joined her, because he didn't want her to be alone while facing the person responsible for ´The Doll House'. Both of them, started their staged-romance at the condo, so the streaming could start properly. They thought the wine was the one that was altered so they carefully change it for a new one.
They were wrong, since the pillow was the one with the narcotics in. Tommy collapsed & Lindy was taken. Jake & George figured out that what was streaming on the site was a repetitive recording, so they alerted the Cyber-crime's Unit.
At the end, it was Tommy the one that saved her from the claws of that degenerate. She was grateful & hugged him firmly, consequently making Jake jealous & uncomfortable, inevitably leaving.
When questioning Mr. Doll, he admitted that it was all along the 'Flirtual Killer' who paid him for giving her a scare. In all wraps up on the fact that he's always there looking for Lindy; what she does, who she sees & everything related to her.
To conclude, the characters are being heavily-developed by each episode. Even the 'Flirtual Killer', whose feelings are always present on episodes like this. Lindy has to stand still, because he's always watching.
The verdict from 'SOS' reflects the impact it had on me as a viewer, as well as plot-related issues.
